9/11 Never Forget

With this being the 10th Anniversary of 9/11 and the fact that I have a blog I really felt the need to write something about this day. I can still remember where I was and what I was doing at the time I found out the the WTC had been attacked. I was 13 years old and I was in my 7th grade Social Studies class. We were in the middle of our class and I can recall another teacher coming into the class room and telling my teacher to put on the television that something awful had happened. Now at the time I did not understand that magnitude of what had just occurred. I knew that it was bad, but I just didn't know how bad and I thought that it was so cool how some of my friends got to leave school early. Then after school I came home and my mother explained to me what was going on and what it all meant.

Do you all remember where you were that day? Please feel free to tell me in the comments. I would love to hear them, and please make sure to take a moment where ever you are, what ever you are doing and remember the ones lost and their families.
